Tape & Texture Production Worker – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for experienced Tape and Texture/Mud Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Athens, Texas. The role involves applying mesh tape, joint compound, texture and paint to sheetrock in our manufactured‑housing production facility.

Key responsibilities

• Apply mesh tape to drywall surfaces.
• Spread joint compound (mud) and create smooth finishes.
• Apply texture and paint as required.
• Operate hand and mud tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Can‑do attitude with attention to detail.
• Team‑player willing to learn and grow.
• Basic construction background, preferably with sheetrock experience.
• Desire to earn competitive bonuses.
