About the role
ACM Talent is seeking a full‑time, remote Talent Management Assistant to support its Voiceover Department. You will work closely with the talent management team, providing essential administrative assistance and helping maintain smooth operations for a roster of voice actors and digital creators.
Key responsibilities
- Manage talent profiles and keep the internal database up to date.
- Assist with contract preparation, review, and filing.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate communications with clients, talent representatives, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for the team.
- Organise files, documents, and digital assets ensuring easy retrieval.
- Support talent relationship initiatives and conduct research to aid team projects.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with a proven capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional correspondence.
- Experience or familiarity with talent management, entertainment, or media environments is a plus.
- Background in contract management, client services, or negotiations is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining attention to detail and discretion.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
