About the role
The Talent & Casting Coordinator supports senior casting executives on multiple scripted series, ensuring smooth operations and seamless talent initiatives. This fast‑paced position blends executive assistance with project coordination across internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Advanced scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparation for senior casting leaders.
- End‑to‑end logistical planning for department‑wide talent initiatives, including tracking and reporting.
- Maintain and update casting databases, talent lists, and internal tracking documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments, talent agencies, managers, casting offices, and vendors.
- Support brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the casting department.
- Scout new talent from showcases, theater, TV, and film, and report findings.
Required profile
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a production or talent department.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with casting software tools such as Breakdown Express.
- Social‑media savvy and knowledge of the current TV programming landscape.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
