Talent Acquisition Coordinator – HR Support

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Bank’s recruitment activities across professional, undergraduate, and graduate hiring. You will serve as a central point of contact for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring smooth interview logistics and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business groups and recruiters to coordinate complex interview schedules.
• Communicate interview details, distribute and collect feedback forms, resumes, directions, and required documents.
• Assist recruiters with ad‑hoc requests related to resumes, candidates, or workflow matters.
• Provide high‑quality service to candidates and hiring managers to ensure successful interview visits.
• Offer additional administrative support as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
