System Administrator – Service Management

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator specialized in Service Management to maintain and enhance our cloud‑based platform used by IT and business teams. You will act as the platform expert, ensuring stability, driving automation, and supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support the service desk, asset management, and change control modules.
• Manage daily operations of a cloud‑based service management system.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and releases.
• Troubleshoot software and performance issues.
• Build reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership.
• Automate workflows using Python, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborate with IT, EPMO, Governance, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Serve as technical point of contact for vendors and third‑party partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a cloud‑based IT or service management role.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
