Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for our fast‑growing beverage business in the United States. This remote role partners closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless manufacturing, procurement, planning, and co‑packer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day supply chain and manufacturing operations across the US.
• Oversee relationships with co‑packers, suppliers, and production partners.
• Coordinate procurement of packaging, ingredients, and finished goods.
• Support production planning, inventory management, and operational execution.
• Partner with commercial and operations teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Scale processes and infrastructure as the business expands.
• Collaborate with UK‑based counterparts to ensure operational alignment across regions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement or manufacturing within CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goods.
• Proven experience working with co‑manufacturers and external suppliers.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable operating in lean, high‑growth environments.
• Experience in the beverage industry is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP and inventory/planning systems.
