Summer Music Camp Worker

About the role

The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking enthusiastic individuals to support its Summer Music Camp. Workers will assist with band direction, sectional rehearsals, dorm supervision, and other camp‑related duties.

Key responsibilities

• Direct bands and lead sectional rehearsals.
• Serve as a dorm parent, ensuring student safety and well‑being.
• Assist with general camp logistics and administrative tasks.
• Perform any additional duties requested by camp leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Experience or background in music education preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Completion of mandated reporter training.
