About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Student Employee to support its IT Client Services and Campus Projects. This temporary, fixed‑term position offers current university students the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a healthcare‑focused environment while contributing to essential technology operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the IT Client Services team with daily operational tasks and project support.
• Provide basic technical assistance to campus users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Support documentation and tracking of service requests within the department.
• Participate in campus‑wide IT initiatives and contribute to project deliverables as assigned.

Required profile

• Current enrollment at the University of Arkansas System.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong interest in information technology and healthcare environments.
