Student Employee – Clinical Staff (Temporary)

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Student Employee to join its Clinical Staff – Medical Ancillary Support team on a temporary, fixed‑term basis. This position is open to current University of Arkansas System students and graduate assistants and provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a healthcare environment while supporting campus IT client services projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ancillary support to clinical staff in medical settings.
• Assist the IT Client Services Campus Projects team with day‑to‑day tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure quality patient and service outcomes.

Required profile

• Current student or graduate assistant of the University of Arkansas System.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Ability to work on‑site at the UAMS campus.
• Commitment to the closing date of 05/31/2026.
