Specialist Project Management – CheckMark Team

About the role

Join the CheckMark team, Nestlé’s internal creative resource that blends agency energy with corporate stability. As a Specialist Project Management you will lead full‑cycle projects across digital, print, video and packaging to deliver on‑time, on‑budget solutions for the pet‑care community.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the cross‑functional hub for project execution, partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, own, and communicate holistic project schedules and work plans.
• Maintain detailed status reports in Workfront and lead status meetings.
• Utilize Agile (Kanban/Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies appropriate to each project.
• Manage omni‑channel production including digital, e‑commerce, print, video and packaging.
• Gather and vet specifications across all media types to ensure accuracy.
• Traffic print and digital media and facilitate website content updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in project management within an in‑house creative or marketing agency.
• 1+ year of experience with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com or Workfront.
• Experience supporting print production and packaging design is preferred.
