Software Engineer, Platform

About the role

We’re hiring a Software Engineer, Platform to advance our mission of building real‑time multimodal intelligence. In this role you will collaborate with research and product teams to turn cutting‑edge model research into reliable, low‑latency services that power next‑generation AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build low‑latency, scalable, and reliable model inference and serving stack for our State Space Model foundation models.
• Work closely with research scientists and product engineers to translate cutting‑edge research into production‑ready products.
• Build highly parallel, high‑quality data processing and evaluation infrastructure for foundation model training.

Required profile

• Strong engineering skills with experience navigating complex codebases and monorepos.
• Attention to craft and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to our stack (Go, Python, Next.js).
• Experience building large‑scale distributed systems with high performance, reliability, and observability requirements.
• Technical leadership capable of delivering zero‑to‑one results in ambiguous environments.
