About the role

Software Engineer, Admin Experience at Sierra will design and build core enterprise platform capabilities, enabling large customers to integrate Sierra’s AI agents into their ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Build foundational systems such as identity, access management, integration points, and extensibility for enterprise customers.
• Scale the platform across organizations, regions, and use cases while maintaining performance and simplicity.
• Ensure high security, compliance readiness, reliability, and operational excellence for sensitive workflows and data.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience building production products and systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Passion for frontier AI products and a high‑agency mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with SSO, RBAC, IAM, audit logs, and other compliance‑adjacent systems.
• Strong background in API integration and working with complex customer environments.
• Backend‑leaning full‑stack development for enterprise SaaS applications.
• Security‑adjacent expertise such as authentication, permissions, data isolation, and threat modeling.
• Building AI‑powered products or platforms.
