About the role
Jerry.ai is building the first app that simplifies every aspect of car ownership. We need a Community‑focused Social Media Manager who can authentically represent the brand on platforms where our users discuss finance, insurance, and repairs.
Key responsibilities
- Build and grow Jerry’s organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok and other community hubs.
- Develop a playbook that defines when to post, reply, or stay silent in each community.
- Grow Jerry‑related subreddits into active, trusted spaces.
- Design a scalable content and engagement strategy, leveraging AI where appropriate.
- Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic and LLM citation metrics.
Required profile
- Platform‑native communicator who avoids corporate‑speak and earns genuine engagement.
- 3+ years of community management or organic social experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech or other regulated consumer sectors.
- Strategic thinker who builds systems, understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
- Proven ability to make “boring” or stressful topics feel human and engaging.
- Patient, long‑term player who values organic trust over quick PR wins.
