Site Supervisor – Applicant Support Center

About the role

The Applicant Support Center (ASC) in St. Thomas, VI is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure compliance with USCIS standards, and deliver high‑quality customer service. This role combines staff leadership, logistics management, and hands‑on support for biometrics and IDP processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Biometrics Technicians, Receptionists, and Tiger Team members.
• Oversee all ASC functions including administration, property control, logistics, facility maintenance, safety, security, and customer service.
• Manage staff scheduling to meet capacity targets and monitor biometrics capture and IDP processes.
• Prepare and submit weekly production reports, timesheets, training records, inventory reports, and incident reports.
• Conduct training for new personnel using SOPs and provide ongoing coaching and performance counseling.
• Maintain supply levels, document control, and coordinate closely with Regional Managers and USCIS personnel.
• Perform reception, biometrics, and IDP duties as needed, after obtaining required clearances.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship for facility credentialing.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience (customer service, administrative support, or call‑center) with at least 1 year in a supervisory role or ASC experience.
• Ability to stand or walk 70‑75% of each shift.
