SIGINT Instructor – Training & Analysis

About the role

The SIGINT Instructor delivers classroom, practical and airborne training to support customer mission requirements. Working under the Lead Instructor, the role focuses on advanced signals analysis, signal characteristics and related weapons systems, ensuring students gain realistic, mission‑relevant expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality instruction on SIGINT analysis concepts, including COMINT, ELINT, FISINT and PROFORMA.
• Develop, maintain and validate lesson plans, practical exercises, examinations and flight scenarios.
• Monitor student performance, give feedback, and adjust instruction or provide remediation as needed.
• Maintain accountability for high‑value training equipment and coordinate any issues with the Field Service Representative.
• Collaborate with the Lead Instructor and Course Development team to keep curriculum technically accurate and aligned with evolving mission requirements.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Intelligence Studies) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six years of SIGINT collection and analysis experience.
• U.S. citizenship, valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
• Ability to pass an FAA Class III flight physical and obtain a passport.
