About the role
The Service Technician – The Turn is responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of Greystar’s residential properties in Phoenix, Arizona. This full‑time, onsite role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks across the property to reduce future issues.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, and ensuring all necessary supplies are obtained.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow up on any outstanding issues.
Required profile
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and maintenance manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors and team members.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift equipment as required.
