Service Technician – One Paseo

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to support the One Paseo community in San Diego. You will ensure that the building’s physical systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all service activities accurately and promptly for tracking and reporting.
• Assist with grounds, common area, and amenity upkeep, including trash removal and general cleaning.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Availability for on‑call duties, weekend work, and a Tuesday‑Saturday 9 am‑6 pm schedule.
• Preference for experience with luxury apartment management, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical repairs, HVAC, and make‑ready procedures.
• Familiarity with property management software such as HappyCo or Yardi is a plus.
