Service Supervisor – Residential Community

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the residential community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position oversees routine maintenance and responds to resident service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, diagnose, and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep of the community, adhering to company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Schedule and obtain necessary supplies and materials for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and vendor activities.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for diagnosing mechanical or technical issues.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
