Senior Software Developer

About the role

CashFlow Central is looking for a Senior Software Developer to design, build and maintain cloud‑based solutions that help small businesses manage their cash flow. The role sits within an agile scrum team and focuses on delivering high‑quality, production‑ready software in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy and maintain .NET/C# applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable code.
• Own loosely defined development tasks, clarify requirements and drive implementation with minimal supervision.
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation and daily stand‑ups.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards for quality, security and maintainability.
• Create and maintain automated unit and integration tests.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows to improve release reliability.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Several years of senior‑level software development experience in agile environments.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and deliver production‑grade applications.
• Experience implementing solutions against defined architecture while making sound technical decisions.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
