Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Workday Student configuration, integrations, reporting, and data validation.
• Assist in the maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of Workday Student and related technologies.
• Collaborate closely with the Office of Records and Registration and other campus stakeholders to address system issues and improve processes.
• Document system changes, procedures, and support activities.
• Participate in data management and validation activities to ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• Experience or academic background in information technology or related field.
• Ability to work under guidance, follow detailed procedures, and communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills applied to enterprise systems.
