Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate

About the role

The Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate will support 3M’s Safety and Industrial Business Group by ensuring compliance across adhesives, abrasives, personal safety and tape product lines. You will work with global teams to deliver regulatory requirements for new product introductions and existing product life‑cycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Support regulatory and product stewardship activities for multiple product portfolios.
• Lead compliance and Life Cycle Management for new and existing products, interpreting regulations and performing safety assessments.
• Conduct global regulatory assessments of product changes and maintain risk documentation.
• Monitor chemicals of concern and upcoming regulations, communicating impacts to business teams.
• Collaborate with global Product Stewardship, EHS, and technical functions across regulated markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Relevant experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or related fields.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with global teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
