Senior Project Manager – Remote or Hybrid (Boston)

About the role

The RDQA Analytics Center of Excellence is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple mid to large‑scale, complex projects that span R&D quality, compliance, and clinical research functions. This role will be remote or hybrid based in Boston, MA, and will focus on improving business processes, automation, and cross‑functional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead oversight, execution, and delivery of large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives that are strategically important.
• Provide strategic input and technical expertise while applying project‑management best practices.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, compliance, communication, training, and change management.
• Manage process‑improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and scalable solutions.
• Serve as the central communication conduit across project teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Identify appropriate governance models, engagement timing, and cross‑functional involvement.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and root‑cause investigations to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on medium‑complexity initiatives, guiding processes, systems, and analytics.
• May mentor and train employees and contractors to ensure efficient resource utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10‑15+ years of project‑management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, or biotech environments.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and change‑management skills.
