Senior Project Manager – Brand & Creative Initiatives

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will own delivery of complex, multi‑faceted brand, creative and web initiatives for large enterprise clients. You will provide organizational oversight, drive cross‑functional alignment and ensure high‑quality execution across development, product, copy and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery for strategic client accounts, acting as the primary point of accountability and escalation.
• Plan, scope and model resources for brand, creative and website projects to ensure proper staffing and sequencing.
• Oversee multiple large‑scale, concurrent projects using internal tools, standardized templates and best‑practice processes.
• Communicate project updates, status reports and timelines to stakeholders, maintaining clear alignment throughout the lifecycle.
• Set and manage stakeholder expectations, adapting scope and timelines based on feedback and proactively requesting additional resources when needed.
• Identify risks, dependencies and blockers, develop mitigation plans and coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct final quality assurance checks before internal review or client delivery.
• Partner with account and finance teams to forecast revenue, track key business metrics and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and scalability.
