Senior Pricing Specialist – Auto (Hybrid)

About the role

Join Santander’s pricing team in Dallas as a Senior Pricing Specialist for the Auto portfolio. You will drive analysis, pricing strategy, and sales performance for a large set of products, supporting the company’s transformation into a technology‑driven organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales and pricing data for a large portfolio of auto products.
• Develop reliable reporting structures and formats to monitor trends, metrics, and indices.
• Proactively identify inconsistencies in forecasts and pricing plans and recommend corrective actions.
• Create clear, concise reports on key metrics and external comparable benchmarks.
• Evaluate the impact of pricing and promotional initiatives on sales growth, margin, and profitability.
• Lead multi‑organizational reviews, diagnose root causes of performance gaps, and define action plans.
• Collaborate across functions to design data‑driven initiatives that improve business performance.
• Assess pricing and rebate structures for key customers and industry groups to enhance profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pricing or pricing processes.
• Proven ability to implement procedures and guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize workload.
