Senior .NET Developer

About the role

CashFlow Central is looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join an agile scrum team that builds and enhances solutions for small businesses. The role focuses on implementing high‑quality software, turning loosely defined problems into reliable, scalable code.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications using .NET, C# and Azure.
• Translate business and technical requirements into maintainable code.
• Own loosely defined development work, clarify gaps quickly, and drive implementation independently.
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation and delivery commitments.
• Perform code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and ensure secure coding practices.
• Create and maintain automated unit and integration tests.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows to improve release reliability.
• Support production troubleshooting and ongoing system improvements.
• Mentor junior developers through technical collaboration and day‑to‑day engineering leadership.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience delivering production applications in agile environments.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and solve problems with limited oversight.
• Experience implementing against defined architecture while making sound technical decisions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
