About the Role

Join a leading wholesale distributor in the convenience industry and take a pivotal role in our national expansion. As a Senior National Key Account Director, you will be the strategic architect of our most significant partnerships, driving growth and delivering exceptional value to our premier clients across the United States.

Main Missions

  • Manage and nurture high-level relationships with major national accounts to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Drive significant sales growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing business within key accounts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic business plans tailored to the specific needs of national partners.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and sustainable commercial success.
  • Align company solutions with client objectives to create mutual value and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust sales strategies.

Profile Required

  • Proven track record in high-level strategic sales and key account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex negotiations and close large-scale commercial contracts.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate client needs into actionable business plans.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to interact with C-level executives.
  • Self-motivated professional capable of working effectively in a fully remote environment.
