Senior Manager of Brand & Product Marketing

About the role

rag & bone is looking for a strategic, cross‑functional Senior Manager to own the full lifecycle of Menswear storytelling across Ready‑to‑Wear, Accessories and Footwear. Reporting to the Global VP of Brand & Product Marketing, you will be the central hub that connects Creative, Merchandising, Design, Planning, Retail, Wholesale, eCommerce and Communications.

Key responsibilities

• Translate design and merchandising intent into compelling, consumer‑facing product narratives that reflect rag & bone’s brand identity.
• Develop and maintain a consistent framework for product naming, feature storytelling, fit guides and category positioning.
• Set seasonal product positioning architecture for all Menswear categories and influence early product briefs with market, trend and consumer insights.
• Lead the creation and execution of global go‑to‑market toolkits, including product briefs, line narratives, trend points of view, hero product strategy and channel‑specific selling stories.
• Architect cross‑channel launch strategies for new collections, capsules, collaborations and category introductions, aligning marketing, creative, eCommerce, retail, wholesale and communications.
• Ensure product stories adapt seamlessly across campaigns, retail windows, email, paid and organic social, website, press, influencer programs, in‑store events and wholesale accounts.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in brand and product marketing, preferably within fashion or apparel.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex, global go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Strong storytelling skills with a focus on translating design concepts into consumer‑ready narratives.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of influencing product development through market and trend insights.
