Senior Manager, Internal Communications

About the role

The Sr. Manager, Internal Communications is responsible for developing and executing division‑wide strategic internal communications programs that support the Beer Division business strategy and foster a culture aligned with the company mission, vision, and values. The role leads employee communications strategy, channels, technology, and measurement to deliver relevant and timely information that engages, motivates, and inspires employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Beer Division internal communications strategy and program execution, applying best practices and innovative employee communication tactics.
• Design and launch internal communications programs that help employees understand division business plans, strategy, and their role in achieving objectives.
• Create creative approaches that promote an inclusive, positive culture and strengthen employee enthusiasm and commitment.
• Establish processes to measure and assess the impact of internal communications and continuously improve the program.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal partners across Constellation divisions and Communications teams in Rochester, Chicago, and Mexico to ensure message consistency.
• Provide coaching and counsel to strengthen leaders’ effectiveness as communicators and act as a strategic communications partner for HR, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of experience in corporate communications or a related function.
• Superior writing, editing, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent organizational, planning, project, and time‑management abilities.
