Senior Interior Designer / Architect – Luxury Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

Vividly Built is seeking a Senior Interior Designer / Architect to lead high‑end residential and commercial projects. The role starts on a freelance basis with a clear pathway to a full‑time position for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design development for luxury residential and commercial spaces.
• Produce detailed construction documents, space plans, and FF&E specifications.
• Present concepts and design solutions to clients, ensuring clear communication and high‑level service.
• Collaborate remotely with the Vividly Built team and attend occasional on‑site meetings in Los Angeles or Orange County.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in luxury interior design or interior architecture.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Based in or near Los Angeles / Orange County for occasional on‑site collaboration.
• Comfortable using modern digital design tools and architectural software.
