Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Thrasker, a fast‑moving digital agency, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its in‑office team. You will shape visual direction for global clients, turning strategic briefs into high‑impact digital, print, and branding solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creation of digital ad creatives for performance campaigns on Google, Meta, and other paid platforms.
• Develop and execute print design projects such as brochures, packaging, presentations, and large‑scale signage.
• Own brand identity projects from concept to final guidelines, including logos, typography, and color systems.
• Design visual assets for websites and SaaS products with a strong focus on UX hierarchy.
• Maintain a consistently high creative standard across all deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and development teams to deliver conversion‑focused creative work.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating visual craft, creative thinking, and experience across digital and print.
• Ability to take a brief, develop a concept, and deliver a polished final product independently.
• Excellent English communication, organization, and time‑management skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
