Senior FP&A Revenue Analyst

About the role

Tanger is looking for a Senior FP&A Revenue Analyst to join its finance team. The role blends independent analysis with collaborative partnership across the organization, supporting the company’s mission to create vibrant shopping destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Build the annual revenue plan and monthly forecasts in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Refine forecasting processes, models and tools to improve accuracy and usability.
• Develop analytics, scenario and variance analysis, and ad‑hoc reporting to drive actionable insights.
• Prepare clear variance narratives for forecast, budget and prior‑period comparisons.
• Support quarter‑end close and quarterly earnings call preparation with executive‑ready materials.
• Identify and lead process‑improvement initiatives, including automation and report consolidation.
• Become a go‑to resource across multiple financial systems.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably with revenue focus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business stories.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
