Senior Director of Strategy & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Strategy & Operations to lead the growth of OLIVIAOLIVIA Professional Solutions, a provider of HIPAA‑certified virtual assistants for home‑care agencies across the United States. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will translate vision into actionable plans, build scalable operating systems, and ensure high service quality as the company expands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop team leaders and managers across operations and delivery.
• Convert the CEO’s strategic vision into a detailed operating plan with clear goals, KPIs and rhythms.
• Drive client retention, satisfaction and lifetime value while supporting rapid growth.
• Design and implement operating systems, performance metrics and repeatable processes that enable scaling.
• Represent OLIVIAOLIVIA at industry conferences and with strategic partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling a service‑based business with measurable growth you directly drove.
• Senior operating leadership experience, including managing managers.
• Background in staffing, recruiting, BPO, home‑care or comparable services.
• Strong, inspiring leadership style with clear expectations, delegation and team development.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams, preferably with offshore components.
• U.S. based, authorized to work in the United States and able to travel domestically.
