Senior Digital Product Manager

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead agile software product development and act as the primary liaison between business, user experience design, and technology teams. This role will shape the product vision, drive roadmap execution, and ensure delivery of high‑impact digital solutions for our global investment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead agile product development cycles, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Define long‑term product vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
• Oversee product and feature discovery to improve KPIs such as friction reduction, customer satisfaction, and prospect acquisition.
• Craft detailed business requirements and user stories, managing scope for each release.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data analysis to guide the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in digital product or project management, including use of JIRA and Asana.
• Hands‑on product management experience in an Agile/Scrum or Lean environment.
• Experience conducting user research, business analysis, and data‑driven feature definition.
• At least 1 year of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and site optimization techniques (A/B testing, multivariate testing, personalization).
• Ability to work hybrid/remote while being based in New York and travel on short notice for meetings.
