Senior Designer – Toddler Boys Apparel

About the role

We are seeking a trend‑driven Senior Designer to lead the concept‑to‑creation process for our Toddler Boys collection. You will translate market insights into seasonal collections, shaping color, fabric, washes, trims, prints, and silhouettes while collaborating closely with graphics, technical design, production, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design process, from concept and color development to final execution.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform on‑trend assortments, with a focus on denim.
• Create seasonal stories, mood boards, theme direction, sample rigging, and trend presentations.
• Partner with print/graphics and cross‑functional teams to deliver a cohesive seasonal vision.
• Work with the sample room and vendors to develop prototypes and presentation samples.
• Collaborate with technical design and production on fit and quality approvals.
• Initiate new denim concepts, proposing innovative washes, treatments, and silhouettes.
• Manage fabric and trim follow‑ups to keep development calendars on track.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in fashion/apparel design, preferably in sportswear or lifestyle categories.
• Proven success in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and tech‑pack creation.
• Experience working with overseas factories and domestic vendors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
