Senior Coupa Consultant – Richardson, TX

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Coupa Consultant to join its Enterprise Application Integration Services team in Richardson, Texas. You will work on transforming client businesses by designing, customizing, and integrating Coupa‑based procurement solutions within broader ERP landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders across retail and CPG domains.
• Assist in solution architecture by customizing Coupa modules to align with ERP capabilities.
• Develop, test, and integrate new features, conduct code reviews, and maintain a stable codebase.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure seamless data flow between Coupa and other enterprise systems.
• Assess system performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Produce comprehensive documentation and deliver user training for effective knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, especially within retail and consumer‑packaged‑goods sectors.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end Coupa customization and implementation projects.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Hands‑on coding expertise with a focus on design and quality.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
