Senior Consultant – Life Insurance

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to advise life‑insurance executives on business and IT strategy. The role focuses on leading digital transformation, process re‑imagination, and platform modernization initiatives across the insurance value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior‑level client relationships, delivering high‑quality outputs on schedule.
• Lead teams in AI‑driven underwriting, data‑centric customer journey design, and operational optimization projects.
• Conduct current‑state analysis, root‑cause identification, and develop future‑state recommendations.
• Drive change management, design‑thinking workshops, and process optimization efforts.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development.

Required profile

• Extensive experience advising life‑insurance clients on business products, distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in digital transformation, platform implementation, and modernization programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable business cases.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
