Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze complex financial statements to meet client expectations.
• Develop deep knowledge of professional standards, emerging regulations, and corporate governance.
• Scope, plan, and manage assignments for maximum profitability.
• Build long‑term client relationships by providing advisory, support, and coaching.
• Mentor Senior Associates and Managers, fostering career development and effective team environments.

Required profile

• Licensed CPA with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, mentor staff, and drive business development.
• Aspiring to advance to a Principal role within the firm.

Required skills

• Thorough understanding of financial reporting standards and professional regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
