Senior Associate, Editorial Services – French

About the role

The Senior Associate, Editorial Services (French) will support the creation and delivery of official LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games publications. Working under the Head of Editorial Services, you will ensure all stakeholder‑facing content is accurate, clear, consistent, and aligned with the LA28 brand, while providing French translation for key materials.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and proofread high‑quality copy for playbooks, venue guides, factsheets, FAQs, signage, and digital assets.
• Translate selected publications, editorial content, and promotional messages from English to French.
• Adapt content for different audiences, platforms, and accessibility requirements.
• Fact‑check and ensure tone consistency across all materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain brand, accessibility, and sustainability standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with strong written communication skills.
• Proven experience in copywriting, editorial work, and visual communication.
• Ability to produce clear, audience‑focused content for both print and digital formats.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, collaborative environments, preferably within large‑scale events or media organizations.
