Sandblasting/Debur/Degreaser Technician – 2nd Shift

About the role

Join Nico Products as a Sandblasting/Debur/Degreaser Technician on the 2nd shift. You will work in a clean, OSHA‑compliant warehouse preparing metal parts for downstream finishing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate sandblasting, deburring and degreasing equipment to remove imperfections and clean surfaces.
• Read and follow work orders and detailed instructions to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and adhere to strict security and safety protocols.
• Participate in a 1‑to‑3‑month training period on the 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift schedule.

Required profile

• Strong attendance record and reliability.
• Willingness to follow detailed procedures and learn on the job.
• Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, and temperature‑controlled warehouse environment.
• Interest in building a long‑term career in metal finishing and plating.

What we offer

• Hourly wage of $22.00
• $1,500 signing bonus (new hires only)
• Four‑day work week (Mon‑Thu, 3 pm‑1 am) with overtime as needed
