Sales Support Representative – Remote

About the role

The Sales Support Representative (SSR) will help grow assigned territories by improving sales processes and supporting Account Business Managers (ABMs). Working remotely, the SSR acts as a primary liaison for customers and ABMs, delivering product education, administrative assistance, and coverage for dormant accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and act as the main point of contact for ABMs and customers in assigned territories.
• Support ABMs with customer training, product education, and practice connect tools.
• Cover dormant or “white space” accounts as directed.
• Handle administrative tasks such as onboarding forms, credit card processing, and tax documentation.

Required profile

• 4‑year college degree preferred.
• 3‑4 years of corporate business or related experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Persuasive, diplomatic, and self‑motivated with strong organizational abilities.
• Ethical conduct consistent with skinbetter science policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google G‑Suite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
