About the role

As a Sales Representative for ITG Brands in Tifton, GA, you will be responsible for driving sales of our well‑known cigarette, cigar and e‑vapor brands to retail partners. You will work closely with retailers to increase stock, secure placements and grow market share.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell company products, programs and promotions to retailers.
  • Secure retailer commitments to increase stock, place orders and expand shelf space.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to grow volume and market share.
  • Maintain strong retail partnerships and influence retailer decisions.
  • Participate in incentive, pre‑shipment and promotional placement programs.
  • Measure and optimize retail coverage to meet execution objectives.
  • Gather and report retail insights to support team strategy.

Required profile

  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence retail partners.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and retail execution.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze retail data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Self‑motivated with a challenger mindset.
