About the role
Join the Atlanta Braves organization as a Sales Manager based in North Port, FL, driving corporate partnership sales, Lecom memberships, and gameday hospitality experiences. You will be the face of the brand in the community, creating memorable fan experiences while growing revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Sell corporate partnerships, Lecom memberships, and gameday hospitality groups.
- Develop and produce the First Pitch souvenir program, spring‑training schedules, and partnership marketing decks.
- Prepare progress reports, track partnership fulfillment, and present year‑end performance proofs.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships, identifying new partnership assets and revenue streams.
- Network with local business leaders, attend professional group events, and represent the Braves at community functions.
- Oversee the 50/50 sales team on game days, manage fund reconciliation, and ensure smooth distribution of promotional materials.
- Engage with hospitality areas, season‑ticket holders, and VIP guests to ensure exceptional experiences.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales and client‑relations experience.
- Strong ability to coordinate cross‑departmental projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for community and client engagement.
