About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing healthcare technology company. Working remotely on U.S. Eastern Time, you will drive outbound outreach, book discovery calls with nursing home directors and other healthcare decision‑makers, and directly contribute to pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Make 130‑150+ outbound calls daily to directors of nursing, administrators and other key prospects.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery or demo meetings according to internal criteria.
  • Follow approved scripts while keeping conversations natural and professional.
  • Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce and manage follow‑ups through the outreach process.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, call strategies and conversion rates.
  • Participate in role‑plays, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
  • Provide prospect feedback and market insights to improve outbound campaigns.

Required profile

  • At least 1 year of SDR or high‑volume outbound sales experience.
  • Proven ability to sustain 130‑150+ calls per day while delivering quality conversations.
  • Excellent verbal and written English with minimal accent.
  • Comfortable working full‑time on U.S. Eastern Time.
  • Strong resilience, self‑motivation and consistency.

Required skills

  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based calling tools such as Dialpad.
