Sales Advisor – Tanger Outlet Charleston

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will be the front‑line ambassador of the store, welcoming customers, sharing fashion knowledge and helping them find the right pieces. You will combine excellent customer service with a strong focus on product presentation and store upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers through the store and any available OMNI services.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Provide fashion and product information to support purchase decisions.
• Maintain garment care, refill stock, steam items and ensure attractive displays.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices.
• Keep the sales floor and back‑of‑house tidy and organized.
• Support opening and closing procedures and follow health & safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to engage in conversations.
• Willingness to learn and share product knowledge with colleagues.
• Commitment to follow store procedures, legal requirements and visual guidelines.
• Openness to feedback and participation in training programs.

Required skills

• Basic use of in‑store technology tools (e.g., Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
