Sales Account Executive – Transportation Services

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Sales Account Executive for its Waller, TX service center to promote and sell industry‑leading transportation services.

Key responsibilities

• Educate customers on the full range of transportation services offered by R+L Carriers.
• Gain targeted market share on key lanes and grow business in selected industries.
• Target and develop key accounts within the assigned territory.
• Promote market awareness and visibility for the company’s services.
• Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals for prospective clients.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Represent and promote the corporate image and culture.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of LTL motor‑freight sales experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with personal computers.
• Strong knowledge of the local market.
• Operations knowledge in an LTL environment (preferred).
