About the role
Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team that delivers the iconic Apple customer experience. You will coach, develop, and empower team members while ensuring the store meets performance goals and business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, high‑performing team.
- Participate actively on the floor, interacting with customers and team members to model best practices.
- Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve store performance targets.
- Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values daily.
Required profile
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
- Previous experience leading teams in retail, sales, or a related field.
