Retail Sales Assistant Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Nespresso, you will work alongside the Boutique Manager to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional coffee experience to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example in customer service, using storytelling to educate guests on coffee and sustainability.
• Inspire and coach the team to achieve sales and service targets, conducting daily communication and performance reviews.
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, scheduling, visual merchandising, and process implementation.
• Develop and mentor team members, providing feedback, recognition, and growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute community events and boutique initiatives to increase brand awareness.
• Promote a safety‑conscious environment for employees and customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a fast‑paced or luxury retail environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing multiple direct reports.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
