About the role
The Resident Services Coordinator supports prospective and current tenants at the Aliso community, ensuring a high‑quality living experience. You will act as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, events, and day‑to‑day services while collaborating closely with property staff.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
- Develop, publish, and distribute the property newsletter featuring upcoming events, resident services, and advertisements.
- Handle resident concerns such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries, and prepare incident reports as required.
- Schedule clubhouse and activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, collect fees, and ensure guest suites are ready for use.
- Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents on satisfaction, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
- Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting any repair needs to the maintenance team.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in resident services, customer service, or community coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple resident requests simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
- Experience using Canva for creating newsletters and promotional materials.
