Rental Coordinator

About the role

EquipmentShare is seeking a Rental Coordinator for its NE Dallas facility. In this role you will support contractors and construction companies by managing equipment rentals through our proprietary T3 technology, ensuring the right machines are delivered at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process.
• Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction principals.
• Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can save money, increase revenue, and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and nurture existing relationships to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
• Keep customers informed about new services and equipment options.
• Promptly resolve inquiries, requests, complaints, and other communications.
• Develop and implement new sales strategies to grow market share and enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable using technology platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
