Remote Phone Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Phone Representative to engage prospective customers by phone, explain our services, and schedule qualified appointments. This full‑time, permanent position works on U.S. time zones and is 100% work‑from‑home.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using our CRM and dialer system.
• Introduce services, answer questions, and handle objections following scripted guidelines.
• Qualify interested prospects and book appointments using internal scheduling tools.
• Record call outcomes, lead statuses, and appointment details accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain consistent daily calling activity and meet performance targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team check‑ins, and other support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong spoken communication skills.
• Confident phone presence and professional verbal demeanor.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls and following scripts.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently from home.
• Reliable internet connection, power supply, laptop/PC and smartphone.
• Previous phone‑based sales, customer service, telemarketing, or call‑center experience is a plus but not required.
